The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of Title IX

National Association of Scholars

Few issues in higher education are more divisive than Title IX. Students, parents, civil rights organizations, and administrators often complain about it — either Title IX doesn't go far enough or it's an example of regulatory overreach. What is Title IX? How did it come to govern campus sexual harassment? What do the new regulations released by the Department of Education mean for Title IX administrators and students, both the accused and accusers of Title IX violations?

Join the National National Association of Scholars for a panel discussion to find out. This virtual event will take place on May 28th at 2 PM Eastern and feature Samantha Harris, KC Johnson, and Nicholas H. Wolfinger, moderated by our very own, Teresa Manning.
