On Tuesday NAS president Peter Wood was Pat Morrison's guest on Southern California Public Radio. He adressed the ways that affirmative action and racial preferences in college admissions can harm both students and schools. Also appearing on the program as guests were Erwin Chemerinsky, dean of the school of law at the University of Irvine, Vikram Amar, professor of law at UC Davis, and Claudia Magana, president of the University of California Students Association.
