Concordia College has posted the NAS's commendation of its common reading selection:
In its most recent report, the National Association of Scholars applauded Concordia for its 2015 choice, “Age of Ambition: Chasing Fortune, Truth, and Faith in the New China” by Evan Osnos.
According to the report, Concordia was one of two colleges that believed “their students might benefit from a basic knowledge of a country that is the heir to an enormously rich civilization, home to one-sixth of humanity, and America's most powerful rival in the world."
We are happy that Concordia College has noted our commendation, and hope that it will influence their future common reading choices.
